Srushti deshmukh, in her third year in engineering she has begun to study for UPSC. During her graduation, she questioned whether she would be content with her engineering job. She realized later the dream job she wanted was in civil service and decided to pursue this. The parents of her encouraged her to concentrate on civils, and find an employment that would benefit the general people. Her motivation was never lost and she focused on becoming an IAS Officer. To achieve UPSC, you have to do more. She would prepare for UPSC topics while studying her engineering. The time she allocated for test preparation daily. It took her just one month studying for the exams and stayed off social media and her social lives. Focus is crucial for her to be able to pass the exam. She hopes to be an official in the civil service. She was determined to pass the test on her first attempt and put in a lot of work. Her daily routine included reading newspapers in order to be current with the latest news. Rajya Sabha TV and online study materials were also a huge help for her.
