Julie M. Benz, born May 1st, 1972 in the United States, is an American actor who is best recognized for her role as Rita Bennett (as in Dexter) who was the recipient of the Satellite Award for Outstanding Actress for a Series or Mini-Series. Her role was on the show No Ordinary Family until it was cancelled on May 13 2011. Darla in Buffy the Vampire Slayer & Angel was among her many popular roles. She is set for the role of A Gifted Man. She played the role of Alex Jensen the secretary of Sheldon Cooper (one of the leading characters played by Jim Parsons) in the show The Big Bang Theory.
